• New Regimental Secretary for the Royal Yorkshire Regiment RHQ
  As many may be aware, the current Royal Yorks Regiment Regimental Secretary, Lt Col David O’Kelly, retired this month, after 18 years loyal and outstanding service. • Death Notification – James Wilfred Ellis
  The Association has been advised of the death of James Wilfred Ellis, 2/6th DWR. James formerly of Parkway, Steeton, Keighley, sadly passed away, peacefully, on Sunday 10th December, 2023, surrounded by his family. • Eric Rhodes – Funeral Notification
  The Association has been advised that Eric Rhodes lost his battle with cancer on Thursday 21st November. He peacefully passed away surrounded by love ones at St Michael’s Hospice in Harrogate.   Eric’s funeral was held on Tuesday, 3rd December at 15.00 at Stonefall Crematorium, Harrogate. It was followed by a gathering at Knaresborough Working Mens Club.
