Robert (Bobby) Sage - The Duke of Wellington's Regiment (West Riding)

Robert (Bobby) Sage passed away on Tuesday 8th of October, 2019.
Bobby first enlisted with the Royal Northumberland Fusiliers on October 25th, 1951 and was posted to 1DWR, in Minden, Germany on completion of his training. He served in Korea, in D Coy, on the Hook and was awarded the Korean and United Nations Medal with clasp Korea. He was discharged in 1963.
Robert’s funeral was held at St Mary’s Church, Morpeth on Monday 21st of October at 11:00hrs
The Regiment was represented at the funeral.
