WOII Reggie Perrin is organising a guided tour of Queen Elizabeth Barrack, in Strensall, on the 24th May.
All welcome: Partner’s, Girlfriend’s, Boyfriend’s, All regiments from the Kings Div, including recruits and Permanent staff.
This will be the last time anyone will see the barracks as we knew it, during the old training days as the Kings Div Depot.
Barrack blocks will be getting demolished and upgraded to Single Living Accommodation standards, as part of the work to turn the Barracks is turned into a Medical training facility.
